NEXT STEPS & FEEDBACK
Where are we now?
A Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) associated with the proposed development was submitted to Glasgow City Council on 10th July 2023.
This consultation forms part of the 12-week pre-application period and is designed to provide information on the emerging proposals, to explain and answer questions on the proposals, and to record comments and feedback in order to ensure these may be considered prior to the planning application being lodged with Glasgow City Council.
We have held one public consultation event in respect of the proposed development at 249 West Geroge Street, and a second event will be held on Tuesday 5th September 2023 between 2pm and 7pm at the Renfield Training and Conference Centre, 260 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JP.
This project website has been created to provide information on the emerging proposals, to explain and answer questions on the proposals, and to record comments and feedback in order to ensure these may be considered prior to the planning application being lodged with Glasgow City Council.
What Happens Next?
We encourage members of the public and attendees to share their feedback and any comments on the proposed development. Comments can be sent via email to 249westgeorgestreet@iceniprojects.com or via the form below.
Please send any feedback on the proposed development by Tuesday 26th September 2023.
Please note that comments submitted as part of this pre-application consultation are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make formal representations to the Glasgow City Council when the planning application is submitted.
It is anticipated that an application for planning permission will be submitted to Glasgow City Council in October 2023. The application will be accompanied by various technical information and reports.
